Riyadh · Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The lawyer you meet is the lawyer who argues your case — and we put that in writing.
Feras Al Samiri Law Firm (Alsamiri Law) is a Saudi law firm serving companies, investors, developers and contractors — project and commercial contracts, construction and project claims, and commercial disputes — from Riyadh, across all regions of the Kingdom.

Six focused practices — and no seventh
We decline what falls outside these six. A firm that accepts everything is a firm that has specialised in nothing.
Project & commercial contracts
Drafted and reviewed by a litigator who knows which clauses survive in court — because today's contract is tomorrow's case file.
Construction & project claims
Delay and extension-of-time claims, variations, additional works, retention and final-account disputes — read against the contract, the programme and the site record.
Commercial disputes & claims
Commercial and corporate disputes before Saudi courts and committees, from the pre-action assessment through to enforcement of the judgment.
Ongoing legal counsel
Continuous counsel delivered through a fixed monthly subscription — the recurring questions, contract reviews and decisions that arrive every week.
Real estate & development
Development and sale structures, off-plan and escrow requirements, joint ventures between landowner and developer, and the disputes that follow them.
Compliance, governance & internal investigations
Keeping your company aligned with a regulatory landscape substantially rewritten over the past decade — and documenting facts through a sound process when something goes wrong internally.
Monthly legal subscription
An external legal department — at a fixed monthly fee
Most companies don't need a full-time lawyer, but they need one every week. Tiered plans cover recurring consultations, contract review and compliance — one predictable line in your budget, scoped in writing before we begin.
The Client Charter
Seven written commitments — published before you engage
The Client Charter is our published professional and ethical commitment — not a contract, and we hold ourselves to it in public: a candid written assessment before we accept your case, a reply within one business day, confidentiality that covers your very name, written fees before any work begins, and a conflict-of-interest check before every engagement. No promised outcomes — ever: Saudi professional conduct rules prohibit such promises, and honest lawyers don't need them.
For foreign counsel & investors
Saudi local representation, coordinated with your own counsel
We act as Saudi local counsel for foreign companies, investors and their advisers: pleadings and hearings before Saudi courts and committees are conducted in Arabic by a locally licensed advocate, while correspondence, memoranda and strategy discussions run in English with your in-house or external counsel — so your side of the file stays readable to the people who own the decision.
